References to “we”, “us” or “our” are to Fifth Avenue Real Estate SA trading as Brussels International Housing.
Brussels International Housing is an information and housing facilitation platform. We help international students, trainees, PhD researchers, interns and young professionals find and coordinate accommodation in Brussels, and we provide onboarding support. We are an accommodation coordination and onboarding service — we are not a law firm, immigration consultancy, or regulated financial or legal adviser, and nothing on this website constitutes legal, immigration, financial or tax advice.
Brussels International Housing is not necessarily the owner of all properties presented or referenced on this website. Many properties are owned or managed by third-party landlords and property managers, on whose behalf we may coordinate accommodation. Information about properties is provided for general guidance and may be supplied in part by third parties.
All accommodation is offered subject to availability at the time of reservation and to screening and approval by the property owner or manager. Submitting an enquiry or application does not create any contractual relationship, reservation, lease agreement or guarantee of accommodation. We do not guarantee that suitable accommodation will be available or offered to you. A binding arrangement arises only once a written tenancy or other agreement is concluded with the relevant property owner, manager or with us, as applicable.
When you submit an enquiry or application, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. We assess requests individually and respond as quickly as we reasonably can. We may decline or be unable to fulfil a request, and we are not obliged to give reasons. Any timelines we mention (for example, response times) are targets, not guarantees.
We take care to provide accurate information, but the content on this website is provided “as is” for general information only. Prices, availability, descriptions, images and included services are indicative and may change without notice. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the content is complete, current or error-free.
You agree to use the website lawfully and not to misuse it, to provide truthful information, and not to submit content that is unlawful, misleading or infringes the rights of others. Brussels International Housing does not charge application fees, administration fees or placement fees to tenants. Our service is entirely free of charge for applicants. Any rental payments are made directly in accordance with the applicable tenancy agreement and accommodation provider.
The content of this website, including text, design, logos, graphics and layout, is owned by or licensed to Fifth Avenue Real Estate SA and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or exploit any part of the website without our prior written permission.
This website may contain links to, or embed content from, third-party services (for example, our enquiry form is hosted by Tally, and we use WhatsApp for contact). We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.
